Exhibitor Info
Exhibitor spaces (E1–E26) are available in the entry foyer and Ballroom A adjacent to the plenary, lunch, and meeting rooms. All spaces have access to an electrical outlet and come with a 6-foot table, tablecloth, and skirt. Exhibit spaces (E1–E8 and E23–E26) are 4.5 feet deep and are 8 feet in width, except for E26, which is 4.5 feet deep and 10 feet wide. Exhibit spaces (E9–E22) in Ballroom A are 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide. No refunds will be available for exhibitor cancellations after August 5.
- Premium exhibits — $800 for E1–E8 and E26, plus S11 and S12
- Regular exhibitors — $650 for E9–E25
Benefits
- Your company logo will be published in various promotional materials (home page, emails, flyers, etc.) and featured in a slideshow
- You receive one full symposium registration, an AHS membership, and a list of symposium attendees.
Important Note: You may add one representative on a per-day basis; however, this fee does not include AHS membership dues or the Thursday Casino Night (which can be purchased separately). The rates are as follows: $100 per day — early (through August 16th); $125 per day — regular (after August 16th); and $150 per day — at the door.

Setup Info
Exhibitor setup is from 1–5 PM on Wednesday, September 25. Please consider attending our icebreaker event that evening, which will be held from 5–7 PM.
